Seven in ten voters support ending federal prohibition and allowing states to determine their own cannabis laws, and a clear majority (61%) back the STATES 2.0 framework specifically. These findings underscore growing public consensus that it’s time for federal law to align with the reality on the ground in 40 states and D.C. that have already moved forward with cannabis legalization in some form.
